Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board dated 15/01/2018 regarding pollution caused by Hi-Tech Layer Farms, Shaamli, Uttar Pradesh. The Court refused to change its order regarding closure of the poultry farm that a six year old had objected to saying the smell was causing breathing problems among children. Court directs the birds to be removed from the poultry farm and disposed of in accordance with law.
