This Application was filed “to direct the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board to refund the bank guarantee of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) unjustifiably invoked by the Respondent”.

Ltd. from carrying on construction activity for the proposed Grain/Molasses Distillery Unit in its current location in the village Jundla, District Karnal.
