Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashwini Kumar & Anr. Vs. Central Pollution Control Board & Others dated 01/06/2017 regarding discharge of untreated effluents from industries, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. NGT directs that water quality test be also done at the point where the industries particularly the paper industries are located. The report with regard to the water in nala along these industries may also be submitted on the next date of hearing (16/06/2017).

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashwini Kumar Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 23/05/2017 regarding National Policy in regard to protection of indigenous species of cows and livestock to be protected as in some of the States, the said species are diminishing at a very rapid speed. For instance in Kerala, it is 79.9% loss of the indigenous species in just over the period of one decade.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashwini Kumar Vs. Union of India & Others dated 09/01/2017 regarding use of microbeads in personal care products. NGT in the Order said that as the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization which comes under Ministry of Health to ensure that no product, commercial or otherwise, imported or made domestically is allowed to be sold or made available to public which is dangerous for human use.
