Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s. Ashu Charm Udyog Vs. Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board dated 25/04/2018 regarding lack of permission from CGWA and also the authorization for M/s. Ashu Charm Udyog, Jajmau, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. NGT directs that the leather industry shall not function till required permissions are obtained.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s. Danish Leather Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board dated 25/04/2018 regarding ground water extraction by M/s. Danish Leather without authorization from the Central Ground Water Authority. NGT permits the industry to operate only if it is granted consent from CGWA for groundwater extraction.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Balbir Singh Vs. The Chairman, IHBAS & Others dated 18/01/2018 regarding biomedical waste management by the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences, Delhi.

NGT directs the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences, Delhi to communicate to the Central Pollution Control Board all particulars of the microwave waste treatment unit to be installed within a week and seek its advice of the said treatment unit and install and commission the unit within next one month.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikrant Kumar Tongad Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/12/2017 regarding extraction of groundwater by constructions projects in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. CGWA in the report submitted before the Tribunal states that the information about the quantity of water extraction by those who have extracted from the borewell period wise is difficult.
