Tirupur: The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) has registered an improvement in fuel efficiency and brought down the breakdown rate of its buses attached to Coimbatore region this year vis-a-vis last year, according to TNSTC General Manager (Coimbatore region) K. Chandramouli.

He told The Hindu here on Tuesday that 212 MW was installed during 2008-09 in this region, which had the Palghat Pass.
