Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Village Kadalpur Masti Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 10/01/2019 regarding a mobile tower set up contrary to the norms for siting at village Kadalpur Masti, Tehsil Bilari, Thana Kundarki, Post Hathipur Chandoi, District Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on account of which dust pollution is taking place.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sandeep Mittal Vs Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change & Others dated 10/01/2019. Vide order dated 30.10.2018, the Tribunal had directed the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) to evolve an appropriate institutional mechanism to periodically monitor compliance of Environment Clearance conditions with a view to achieve the real purpose of conducting environment impact assessment and imposing requisite conditions to neutralize any adverse impact on the environment.

Order of the National in the matter of C. Janardana Reddy Vs Jio Reliance Company dated 09/01/2019 regarding illegal felling of trees in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh for laying underground Optic- Fibre line from Nannoor to Veldurthy Village by ‘JIO-Reliance’. A report submitted by the Divisional Forest Officer states that about 125 avenue trees of species such as Kanuga, Seematangedu, Peltofurum and Neem on the left side of the road were felled without any permission.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of New Mandoli Phase-I Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 09/01/2019 regarding pollution being caused by a factory having furnace of aluminum casting at Khasra No. 12/21/2, Main Road, New Mandoli, Phase-I, Delhi-110093, emitting lot of smoke which pollutes the air. The factory was earlier sealed but the same has again been started illegally.
