Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gopeshwar Nath Chaturvedi Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 06/04/2018 regarding industrial units in Mathura violating environmental norms and polluting river Yamuna. NGT directs District Administration, Mathura that those units who do not have consent to operate and according to the Pollution Control Board are not complying with environmental norms should not be allowed to operate any further.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Khushi Sewa Sanstha Vs. The State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Others dated 06/04/2018 regarding illegal commercial activity going on in and around R.K. Puram area on the Nallah and no steps being taken by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. According to the Applicant, such activity is resulting in blocking of the flow of water.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shobhit Chauhan Vs Union of India & Others dated 04/04/2018 regarding environmental clearance granted by the Ministry of Environment and Forest for construction of International Exhibition cum Conventions Centre in the sub city of Dwarka, New Delhi on 29.08.2017 without considering operating merits and demerits of the felling of 1961 trees which shall disturb the ecological balance leading to a negative impact upon the environment as well increased pollution levels for the residents of the peripheral colonies defeating the object

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Citizens for Green Doon & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/04/2018 regarding environmental clearance for Char Dham project, Uttarakhand. NGT took a stern view of the lackadaisical attitude of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highway as well as the Government of Uttarakhand for not even filing the muck dumping plan generated from the project. Court warns that no further adjournment would be granted in the case.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Tikam Singh Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 23/03/2018 regarding illegal transportation of mineral Bajari from the state of Gujarat into the State of Rajasthan whereas the Gujarat Mines and Mineral Concession Rules clearly provides, under Rule, 70, that the mineral Bajari shall not be transported outside the State of Gujarat.
