Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Re: T. N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Vs Union of India & Others dated 21/08/2018 regarding mining operations in Piparwar Open Cast Project, Jharkhand. This is an application moved by the Central Coalfields Ltd. in which it is prayed that the applicant may be permitted to continue the mining operations in the broken up area.
