An affidavit filed by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj stated that as per current status report, all STPs are functional and all parameters are within range.

The affidavit filed by the Uttar Pradesh Control Board stated that the water of river Ganga was not fit for drinking purpose but fit for bathing purpose. A test analysis report of January 27, 2021 regarding the quality of water was also annexed with the affidavit.

Order of the Allahabad High Court in the matter of Ranjan Srivastava Vs Union of India.

The petitioner had requested the court for direction to enable and make it lawful for him to exercise "his supreme right regarding his life and body whereby he makes/performs Live Body Donation(Jeevit Deh Daan) of his human body and of all his living organ and tissues for the desperate and suffering needy by walking into an operation theater of a suitable facility at a suitable time and for making multiple gifts of life to desperately suffering and dying individuals".

Judgement of the High Court of Kerala in the matter of R-Cell Diagnostics and Research Centre & Others Vs State of Kerala & Others dated 14/01/2021.

Petitioners are National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited diagnostic laboratories and research centres conducting various kinds of Covid 19 tests including RT-PCR tests. They are aggrieved by Ext.P6 order by which the Kerala Government reduced the charges for the tests for diagnosis of Covid. The charges for RTPCR (open test) was reduced from Rs.2100/-to Rs.1,500/-.

Order of the High Court of Uttarakhand dated 13/01/2021. The matter related to the proposed holding of the Kumbh Mela from February 27 - April 27, 2021, for two months.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Mahantesh Vs Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd. & Others dated 04/01/2021. The matter related to delay in payment of compensation to agriculturalists, awarded by the Karnataka High Court for the acquisition of their lands under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for Malprabha Reservoir Project. The SC directed issuance of notice on the applications for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petitions.

Order of the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru dated 09/12/2020 in the matter of All India Council of Trade Unions Vs Union of India & Others.

Two writ petitions were filed. The first writ petition was filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to discontinue the practice of allowing/forcing sanitary workers to physically enter manholes, sewer lines, septic tanks.
