Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Tikam Singh Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 23/03/2018 regarding illegal transportation of mineral Bajari from the state of Gujarat into the State of Rajasthan whereas the Gujarat Mines and Mineral Concession Rules clearly provides, under Rule, 70, that the mineral Bajari shall not be transported outside the State of Gujarat.
