Chief minister Oommen Chandy has expressed hope that the opposition to the gas pipeline project of GAIL in some parts of the state would come down once house connections are issued in Kochi.

Houses across 20 villages will benefit from the end of next month

Units to be set up in B'lore, M'lore, Belgaum, Gulbarga

The State government has decided to set up Disaster Response Forces (DRFs) in Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum and Gulbarga.
