Kolkata, Nov. 23: The Coal India Limited (CIL) on Tuesday said that it might not be able to achieve its target production figure of 460.5 million tonnes in the current fiscal for several factors.

During the first six months of 2010-11 fiscal, the company has produced 185.68 million tonnes of coal as against its target of 203.95 million tonnes production.
