It had also been indicated that the infraction also pertain to the Jharkhand High Court Building, Jhakahand Vidhan Sabha, P & M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall, Jamshedpur, Vijaya Garden Homes and Aastha Twin City.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Subhas Datta Vs State of West Bengal & Others dated 30/08/2019 regarding the proposed construction of a Medical College Hospital in Jhargram, West Midnapur District, West Bengal in a forest land measuring about 20 hectares. The land is stated to be a “Protected Forest” published in the Calcutta Gazette dated 21.06.1956 vide Notification No. 1855 dated 17.02.1956.
