The petitioner has submitted that even after the interim order of 31/05/2018 which had prohibited any interference in the reserved forest without prior approval from MoEF, activities including leveling of the ground after removing vegetation, fencing and construction of wall, where there is a forest area fall on both the sides, use of road rollers are still going on.
