Diesel was being stored in painting drums in open which was life threatening.

The Execution Application seeks enforcement of NGT order dated November 24, 2017. According to the applicants who were residents of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi in absence of adequate mitigation measures, there was unchecked noise pollution on the runway at Indira Gandhi International Airport affecting the inhabitants.

The Court Commissioner, Anand V. Shukla visited the site on two festivals and reported that compliance of the order of the NGT was a total failure. Cleanliness of Parikarma Marg, Mansi Ganga, Daan Ghati and the temples at all these places was in dismal state as well as garbage cleaning and its removal from temples.
