LUCKNOW: PWD minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui while expressing displeasure over the poor quality of road construction in the state said that some officers are giving boost to corruption by showing repairing of same roads again and again.

Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, who was crying foul against the Centre for its partial attitude during the election campaign, revealed that the Centre has sanctioned Rs 854 crores under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
