Madhya Pradesh industrial promotion policy, 2010 and action plan

The objective of this policy is to ensure faster economic development employment generation by sustainable use of the resources available in the state. The policy says special attention on promotion of small and medium enterprises to avert the adverse impact of global recession on industrialization in Madhya Pradesh.

HC seeks report on Budha Nullah

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today asked the Punjab Pollution Control Board to prepare a detailed report on level of pollution in Budha Nullah.

The Bench, comprising Chief Justice Mukul Mudgal and Justice Jasbir Singh, asked the Board to compare the present level with the one at the time a petition in this regard was filed.
