Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Smruti Park Tulsivan Vikas v. Municipal Coroporation, Bhopal dated 07/05/2014 regarding felling of trees, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The Tribunal has stated that no felling of trees shall be carried out within the jurisdiction of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation unless the procedure with regard to obtaining permission has been duly followed and permission accorded in accordance with the same.
