NEW DELHI: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Thursday spoke to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to exchange views on the climate change conference at Copenhagen. During their 10-minute telephonic conference, the leaders were said to have discussed ways of taking the climate summit forward.
