Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gurvinder Singh Vs State of Haryana dated 31/10/2022.

The complaint is that one M/s Balaji Rice Mill at village Randoli, tehsil Indri, district Karnal is operating its unit causing damage to the environment by discharging dust and causing air pollution affecting local people. There is a school near the proponent's unit and the school children are also being affected by air pollution caused by the said unit.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jahangir Vs State of Haryana dated 12/08/2022. Grievance in the application is against unscientific and illegal mining obstructing the flow of Yamuna river in village Belgarh. Fifteen Pokland machines are working day and night causing huge air pollution.

Interim status report in Original Application No. 667/2018 (Mahendra Singh Vs State of Haryana & Others) submitted to the National Green Tribunal (NGT).

The NGT, November 15, 2021 directed a six member joint committee to look into the matter of stone crushers and mineral grinding units which could be allowed in Mahendragarh and subject to what conditions, keeping in mind the air pollution load and adverse impact on public health.

The issue for consideration initially taken up was the remedial action for restoration of the site where garbage was unscientifically dumped at Gohana, district Sonepat, Haryana. Grievance in the application is against illegal constructions on 12 acres of vacant land in Ashok Vihar, Phase-III, Gurugram. It is further stated that garbage is burnt in the said area causing air pollution. No remedial action is taken inspite of complaints to the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam.

Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) report in Original Application No 581/2019 in the matter of Residents of Gram Panchayat Jatal, District Sonipat Vs State of Haryana, dated 01/12/2021. The matter related to pollution caused during the management of fly ash by Panipat Thermal Power Plant.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of State of Haryana Vs Municipal Committee, Haily Mandi & Others dated 27/08/2021.

Grievance in the application was against unscientific disposal of waste at Khasra No. 129, 130, 143, Mirzapur Road, Hailymandi, tehsil Pataudi, district Gurugram. According to the applicants, the land in question is a public park but the same is being illegally used as a site for disposal of waste.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Awasiya Jan Kalyan Samiti Vs State of Haryana dated 27/08/2021.

The issue for consideration is the remedial action for discharge of untreated sewage causing contamination of underground water and adversely affecting the public health in Sector - 48, Faridabad.

Grievance in the application was against cutting of a peepal tree which was more than 100 years old from temple of Ved Vyas Kund Khera in village Yara, tehsil Shahbad Markanda, district Kurukshetra, Haryana.
