The Applicant has alleged that there is gross violation of the direction that stated that no multi-axle vehicles shall ply on the village roads and all vehicles shall always carry stone crush material in covered condition. The Counsel appearing for the State submits that they would direct the concerned Department including the Rajasthan Pollution Control Board to conduct a detailed survey with regard to existence of stone crushers, stone cutting units and material grinding units including the dumping of waste/remnant materials.
