Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Vanshakti Vs MPCB dated 12/05/2014 regarding solid waste disposal in Ulhasnagar city. The Tribunal also noted that some of the municipal sewage is discharged in Valdhuni river, Ulhas river, Ulhas creek, without treatment, ranging between zero to 80% capacity.
