2014 4th International Conference on Energy and Environmental Science (ICEES 2014) will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during September 4-5, 2014, it is co-sponsored by University Putra Malaysia, Polytechnic University Puerto Rico, Chengdu Young Education & Consultancy, and IACSIT.
