Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anil Kumar Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 29/02/2016 regarding brick kilns operating in the State of Haryana without consent of the state pollution control board.

NGT asks the State of Haryana as well as the Haryana Pollution Control Board to file a report with regard to thhe ambient air quality as well as stack sampling in those areas. They will also submit as to what is the source of fuel used in these brick kilns.
