Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Amresh Singh Vs. Union of India & Others dated 30/05/2016 regarding disposal of debris from the construction of the road from Udhampur to Banihal in rivers Tawi and Chenab, Jammu & Kashmir. NGT restrains the Respondents from throwing any muck in any of the rivers directly or indirectly including, Tawi and Chenab.
