NGT permits the unit to operate for a period of two weeks commencing from 08th February, 2016. A joint inspection team along with a representative of IIT Kanpur will conduct the inspection of the unit and prepare videographing of the entire inspection to be submitted to the Tribunal along with the analysis reports.

NGT directs the CPCB, DPCC and Department of Transport of NCT of Delhi to conduct surveys in Delhi on the emissions of the 2 stroke engines of two wheelers vehicle of all kind that is scooter, motorbikes etc. It shall also take sample of CNG buses and would submit report to the Tribunal regarding the quality of emission from these respective vehicles.
