Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday said that the ITO Chungi in the east Delhi would be developed into a green zone on the pattern of the AIIMS flyover. The 36 acre areas surrounding ITOChungi will be divided into four pockets as part of the drive to make them green zones.
