Mohali, September 27 33 per cent land locked under PLPA : 24.4 per cent for residential use

The much-awaited Master Plan of Mullanpur Local Planning Area envisages developing 6,109 hectares of land spread across 33 villages in the Chandigarh periphery as Punjab
