The Delhi High Court has directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to prepare layout plans for urbanised villages in the Capital.A Division Bench of the Court comprising Justice Dipak Misra and Justice Manmohan passed the order on an appeal by the civic body challenging a Single Bench order allowing a resident of an urbanised village in the Masjid Moth area in South Delhi to construct his house
