The Margao Municipal Council is bracing up to meet on August 31 to finalise the company to set up the 50 ton waste treatment plant at Sonsodo, but the Civic body is yet to appoint a technical consultant to evaluate the technical bids received from Fomento-IL&FS combine and Hyderabad-based Ramky Enviro Engineering Ltd.
