Chief Minister Yeddyurappa has constituted a 14-member bio-fuel task force, headed by Y B Ramakrishna of Samagra Vikas Trust.

Prof Balakrishnegowda and Athihalli Devaraj of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, Udupi Srinivas of Indian Institute of Science, Prof S G Patil of University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad are among the members on the task force.

Water Resources Minister Basavaraj Bommai will be the chairman of the 20-member strong Water Resources Authority.
