HYDERABAD Dec. 5: Delay in implementing irrigation projects has resulted in cost overrun of Rs 57,205 crore. The escalation has resulted in heavy burden on the exchequer. According to the Comptroller and Auditor General report which was tabled in the Assembly on Friday, some projects conceptualised and grounded in 1964 are still incomplete.
