Low temperature of hot mix to blame for poor roads: MCD [1]

NEW DELHI: Having drawn the flak for the sorry state of several of its roads, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on Wednesday blamed the alleged failure of Central Pollution Control Board to prescribe norms to the civic body for construction of eco-friendly hot mix plants in the Capital since the past 11 years for the situation.
