`Big cats' face existence threat in State [1]

There is threat to the existence of big cat in Madhya Pradesh which has the distinction of being called a Tiger State. Pressure is mounting on the Forest Department, as poachers are active in the surrounding areas of Kanha National Park, Bandhavgarh National Park and Panna National Park. Tiger Cell annually registers 4 to 5 tiger killing cases.
