LUCKNOW: With Public-Private-Partnership model not working according to plan, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has decided to take the responsibility of constructing the multi-level parking in the state capital. The construction plan for the hi-tech parking lot in Hazratganj area has been given a go ahead by the state government.
