March 19: "Why should we give our votes to any political leader in the coming elections when all of them have failed to provide us drinking water all these years?" asks Ms Surpam Sundaribai of Malini gram panchayat in Sirpur (T) Assembly constituency. Ms Sundaribai is the first voter in the state.
