SHILLONG, Nov 3: Opinions by individual members from among the ruling Khasi Hills United Democratic Alliance (KHUDA) in the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) should not be taken as the official opinion of the council, categorically stated the Chief executive member (CEM), Mansturdy Nongrem.
