CHIEF Minister M Karunanidhi requested Union Minister of Agriculture Sharad Pawar to initiate a wider dialogue with the fishermen and other stakeholders for bringing in the Marine Fisheries (Regulation and Management) Bill, 2009, which was inclusive and progressive.
