Dhobi Ghats in Delhi are all set for a makeover. Under the Yamuna Action Plan II, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi is initiating a pilot project wherein the washerman will be provided with hi-tech equipment and machinery for laundry work and treatment plants will be installed to recycle the wastewater containing harmful chemicals, soap and detergents.
