CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to provide a rebate under Section 80 of the Income Tax Act to individuals investing in the renewable energy sector and restore increased financial assistance on solar pumps for the agricultural sector.
