SHILLONG, March 25: The Meghalaya United Alliance (MUA) Government has said it will not constitute Shillong Water Board to address the problem of water crisis in the city, saying completion of the Centrally-funded Rs 193 crore JNNURM project would help in solving the perennial problem.
