Eight MPs write to PM on Maheshwar [1]

NEW DELHI: Eight members of Parliament have written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressing support for the decision to suspend work on the Maheshwar hydel project. They have also criticised the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who wants the suspension to be revoked.
