PATNA: At least 25 North Bihar villages were flooded when waters from the Gandak river breached the makeshift embankment in the early hours of Sunday morning in the State's Gopalganj district.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held an emergency meeting in the morning with top officials of the Disaster and Flood Management Departments in the wake of this second breach.
