JAMMU, Nov 17: After Baglihar, the ambitious Kishenganga hydro project of J&K too is paying a heavy price for injudicious planning on the part of helmsmen as well as long standing dispute between India and Pakistan over water resources as the cost of this 330 mw project has escalated by 62.69 per cent to Rs. 3,642.04 Cr as against its original cost of Rs.
