Leh: Shading her eyes from the sun, Tsering Angmo puts the spade back on the ground, and rests one foot on a rock to take a break. Her hands and clothes are coated in dust. Angmo, 37, survived the flash floods that devastated Leh early August and claimed over 150 lives leaving hundreds homeless.
