NDMC to set up treatment plant to water Lodhi Garden [1]

Noting a fall in groundwater levels, the fact that all major parks in Delhi are facing water shortage and that the treated effluent used for horticulture purposes leaves behind a foul smell, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is in the process of charting out a plan to address the issues.
