Bhubaneswar: Three private companies have evinced interest to set up 2490-MW thermal power plants at an estimated cost of Rs 10,000 crore in Bhdrakh districts, energy minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak informed the State Assembly here on Tuesday.
