PANJIM, A division bench of Bombay High Court at Goa comprising Justice S C Dharmadhikari and F M Reis stayed till further notice on Tuesday a Rs 25 lakh proposal of the Tourism Department to illuminate public beaches in North Goa.
The order was recorded in a PIL filed by the Goa Foundation in the wake of news reports that the Tourism Department had sanctioned the money to the Electricity Depar
