GUWAHATI: Highlighting the grim situation in the north bank of the State where the public has resorted to massive rallies in protest against the construction of the mega hydel power project at Gerukamukh, the State Opposition today brought an adjournment motion on the issue on the first day of the winter session of the Assam Assembly.
