Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) on Thursday issued a notice to Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) over heavy black smoke emission from the flare of its plant in the outskirts of the city. RIL has been asked to submit a detailed report about the incident and an action plan on preventive measures.
